Definitions

• “Service”: the website and educational platform at xyrolab.pro.
• “Content”: text, lessons, templates, labs, and materials provided by XyroLab.
• “User”: any visitor or registered user of the Service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete; you should validate and review before use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, XyroLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, losses, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan or service in the applicable period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payment terms, cancellations, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer law may apply.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in abusive behavior. Certain sections (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Governing law and venue
