Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for XyroLab plans and services. It is designed to be transparent and easy to follow.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly from XyroLab for access to educational content (plans) and related services (e.g., cohorts, workshops). If you purchased via a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s refund rules may apply instead.

Refund eligibility (general)

Refunds may be available depending on the plan type, timing, and usage. Where mandatory consumer law applies, your statutory rights are not limited.

  • Subscription access: generally refundable only for the unused portion where applicable and allowed by law/policy.
  • One-time purchases: may be refundable within a limited time window if access has not materially started (see Digital services).
  • Team services / workshops: may be refundable based on scheduling and preparation work completed.

Digital services and immediate access

Many XyroLab offerings are digital services (online content, access keys, downloadable templates, cohort materials). In some jurisdictions, once you request or begin immediate access to digital content, your right to withdraw may be limited.

  • We will clarify access start and scope at the time of purchase or enrollment.
  • If content has been accessed or delivered, refunds may be reduced or unavailable, except where law requires otherwise.
  • For cohorts and workshops, preparation time and reserved slots may affect eligibility.

Timelines (typical)

The timelines below are standard guidelines. The exact terms may be confirmed during checkout or in a written order summary.

  • Plan cancellations: you can request cancellation any time; access may continue until the end of the paid period.
  • Refund request window: typically within 14 days of purchase for eligible cases, unless access has materially started.
  • Processing time: typically within 5–10 business days after approval (bank/card timelines may vary).

Common exceptions

  • Requests submitted outside stated windows (unless required by law).
  • Content that has been substantially accessed/downloaded/delivered.
  • Workshops/cohorts with reserved seats close to the start date (late cancellations may be non-refundable).
  • Misuse, policy violations, or abuse that results in suspension (see Terms).

How to request a cancellation or refund

  1. Contact us using the details below and include: your name, email used for purchase, and the order reference (if available).
  2. Describe the request: cancellation, refund, or change of plan, and any relevant timing constraints.
  3. We may ask for minimal additional information to identify the purchase and prevent fraud.

Do not send sensitive personal data (government IDs, medical records). If identity verification is needed, we will provide a safe method.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can review and respond. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution.
